Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 11, 2026. By applying to or joining Closers in Heels you agree to the terms below.

01

The agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Closers in Heels (the "Community"), operated by Nora Adams. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Closers in Heels. "You" refers to any applicant, member, or visitor.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or purchase a membership. Closers in Heels is a women-only community; submitting an application affirms you identify as a woman.

03

Membership & payments

Memberships are one-time purchases (Observer at $200 USD or Full Placement at $500 USD). Pricing may change at any time but will not affect a membership already purchased. All payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

04

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and only if you have not yet accessed the core training materials, coaching sessions, or community channels. Outside that window, all sales are final.

05

Placement opportunities

Placement opportunities are introductions to third-party offers that are independently hiring closers or setters. We do not guarantee placement, employment, income, or any specific outcome. Placement eligibility is determined at our sole discretion and requires meeting qualification standards. Income earned through any placement is between you and that third party.

06

No income guarantee

Sales is a performance-based skill. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, coachability, the offers you choose to work with, and many factors outside our control. We make no representation that you will earn any specific amount, recoup your membership fee, or generate income at all.

07

Code of conduct

Members are expected to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to remove any member — without refund — for harassment, discrimination, sharing of confidential coaching materials, soliciting other members for unrelated business, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the community.

08

Intellectual property

All training materials, recordings, frameworks, scripts, and written content provided inside the community are owned by Closers in Heels and licensed to you for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or use them to build a competing program.

09

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closers in Heels and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the community or participation in placement opportunities. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership.

10

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members. Questions or requests: email norasadams07@gmail.com.
