A Women-Only Sales Team & Training Ground
Closers in Heels helps women learn sales, get trained, build confidence, and get placed around real offers where they can start building real income through high-ticket closing.
What Closers In Heels Is
Closers in Heels is a women-focused sales team and training environment. We help women learn high-ticket sales, understand real offers, practice closing, build unshakable confidence, and get around real opportunities — not theory.
Our team is constantly moving with whatever offers are performing best in the market, so girls are never stuck trying to sell something dead. Sales is sales — but the offer determines the ceiling, and we make sure our women are always positioned around demand.
Right now, our major focus is:
Tonality, objection handling, and the fundamentals that make a closer a closer.
Deep understanding of the offers you're selling, so you speak like an expert on every call.
Once you're ready, you get around real opportunities — not a certificate that goes nowhere.
Ongoing coaching, mock calls, and a room full of ambitious women pushing the same direction.
How It Works
Submit your name, email, phone number, and a short answer about why you're interested.
Nora or the team personally reviews your application to see if you're serious and a good fit.
You learn sales, tonality, objection handling, offer knowledge, confidence, mindset, and how to actually close.
Once you're qualified, you can be placed around offers and start taking calls or helping with sales opportunities.
You keep improving through coaching, mock calls, team calls, resources, and ongoing support.
Why Sales
Degrees expire. Trends fade. A woman who knows how to sell can walk into any room, any industry, any economy — and create income. That's not a trend. That's leverage for life.
Getting on calls and handling objections builds a version of you that doesn't shrink in a room.
Sales sharpens how you speak, listen, and lead a conversation — a skill that follows you everywhere.
You get paid on performance, not permission. Your effort and skill decide your ceiling.
A real skill means you're never trapped depending on one employer or one paycheck again.
Once you know how to close, you can sell any product, any offer, in any market you choose.
This isn't information you forget. It's a skill that compounds and follows you for the rest of your life.
The Woman Behind the Team
Hi, I'm Nora, founder of Closers in Heels.
I created Closers in Heels because I saw a major problem in the sales training industry. Too many aspiring sales professionals are spending thousands of dollars on courses and mentorships that give them information but never provide a clear path to actually using the skill and making money from it.
Over the years, I personally invested thousands of dollars into sales training, coaching programs, mentorships, and business education. While many of them provided value, I noticed the same gaps over and over again. Students were overwhelmed with information, left without support, and most importantly, never given a real opportunity to apply what they learned.
That's exactly why Closers in Heels was built differently. I took everything that worked, removed what didn't, and created a training system that is direct, practical, affordable, and designed for real-world application. Instead of spending months sorting through unnecessary information, our students learn the skills that actually matter when getting on sales calls, handling objections, building confidence, and closing deals.
What truly separates Closers in Heels from most programs is that we don't stop at training. We provide coaching, accountability, mock calls, community support, and most importantly, the opportunity for offer placement. Our goal isn't simply to teach sales. Our goal is to help women develop a valuable skill and then provide a pathway to actually use it.
My passion for helping women break into sales comes from my own journey. While looking for something bigger than climbing a corporate ladder, I became obsessed with personal development, business, and learning high-income skills. I quickly found that building wealth comes from skill and strategy, not hourly wages. Instead of spending money on things that wouldn't move me forward, I invested heavily into mentorships, coaching, and education that would help me build a future for myself. Those investments completely changed the trajectory of my life.
"At 19 years old, I was able to purchase my own Porsche — not because I got lucky, but because I learned skills that allowed me to create opportunities for myself."
Sales taught me confidence, communication, leadership, discipline, and the ability to earn based on my performance rather than an hourly wage. More importantly, it showed me what becomes possible when you're willing to bet on yourself before anyone else does.
This isn't a program built by someone teaching theory. It's built by someone who has invested heavily into education, studied what actually works, identified the gaps in the industry, and created the solution I wish I had when I first started.
Today, Closers in Heels is more than a training program. It's a community of ambitious women committed to building confidence, creating financial opportunities, and developing skills that can serve them for the rest of their lives.
If you're willing to stay consistent, stay coachable, and invest in yourself, Closers in Heels was built for you.
