• Application information: name, email, phone, age, location, Instagram handle, sales experience, hours available, income goal, and the written answers you submit.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Community activity: basic logs of coaching attendance, message history within Discord, and progress notes.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) for security and analytics.

• To send transactional emails (confirmations, coaching reminders, account notices).
• To improve the community based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your application with third parties for marketing. We do not share your contact details with offers without your explicit consent at the point of placement.

Your data is accessible to Nora and a small operations team under confidentiality. Service providers we rely on (email delivery, hosting, payment processing, Discord) receive only the minimum data needed to perform their function.

Our site uses essential cookies for session and security and privacy-respecting analytics for traffic patterns. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time via the link in any message we send. To exercise any of these rights, email norasadams07@gmail.com.

We retain application data for up to 24 months after your last interaction so we can re-engage you on your timeline. Member records are retained for the life of your community access and up to 24 months after.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data we will notify you promptly.

We may update this policy as the community evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here with a new "last updated" date.
