Accessibility

Built for every woman who applies.

We're committed to making Closers in Heels usable by everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

01

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on this website and across our member-facing tooling. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, not a one-time audit.

02

What we do

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear heading order and landmarks.
  • Sufficient color contrast on text and interactive elements.
  • Keyboard navigation for every menu, form, and interactive control.
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and empty alt on decorative ones.
  • Form labels, error messages, and required-field indicators on every input.
  • Responsive layouts that work down to 320px wide and up to 200% zoom.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion when you set it system-wide.
03

Inside the community

Coaching sessions are recorded so members can revisit at their own pace. We can provide written summaries of live calls and are happy to accommodate captioning, transcript, or scheduling needs on request — just email us before your first session and we'll set it up.

04

Known limitations

Some third-party tools we integrate with (Discord, payment processing, video conferencing) have their own accessibility policies. We choose vendors with strong track records but cannot guarantee every screen of every external tool meets the same standard our own site does.

05

Tell us what's broken

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere — on the website, in coaching, in the application, or in any community space — email norasadams07@gmail.com with the page, your device, and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to ship a fix or workaround as quickly as we can.
